Training representatives from partner countries is important in order to enhance skills and knowledge. Multiplying actions are scheduled for a number of them. These multiplying actions are meant disseminate skills and knowledge onto a wider audience.

Training Faculty staff

This training is coordinated by ANAFE. The main objective will be to train a panel of trainers (drawn from Faculty staff), putting effectively into practice ANAFE’s expertise and formalising the main topics raised during previous activities (meeting of experts, congress and meetings with private sector).

Interaction between participants will be encouraged in order to adapt the programme to their needs and reinforce its impact.

Training E-learning and Developing E-learning course

In order to give an answer to the needs on e-learning expressed by the African partners, and to contribute to the modernisation of teaching and learning methodologies, a second set of train the trainers will be introduced during the second year of the project. This second set will be prepared by the creation of training materials for e-learning course
