EDULINK Programme

EDULINK funds cooperative projects between Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) in the ACP Group of States and the 15 EU Member States that are signatories to the 9th European Development Fund (EDF). EDULINK’s objective is to foster capacity building and regional integration in higher education in ACP States and Regions, and to promote higher education as a means of reducing poverty.
