Workshop 1: Analysing the current curriculum

The objective of the workshop will be to come up with a revised curriculum based on the needs of the labour market, incorporating inputs from activities carried out during the project lifetime

Workshop 2: Strategic Planning for Faculty Management

This workshop will target top level administration staff of the Faculties of the Universities involved in the project in order to enhance faculty management capacity.

The objective is to strengthen the ability of African universities to build the human capacity which the continent requires to start supporting effectively engonenously driven innovation system, developing common methods and tools on strategic planning level.

Workshop 3: Potential Mobility

African and EU universities are willing to elaborate, sign and operate functional mobility programmes, and to find resources for implementing them.

The objective is to define a common strategy towards a mobility plan for all involved partners. Analysing the challenges and opportunities of mobility, the workshop will look into how partners can increase the competitiveness of the graduates/staff through exchanging knowledge.
