Working groups

Working groups will be formed in each partner country, with representation from the various stakeholders such as industry, universities, students and alumnis as well as the community.

Working groups will then address questions ranging from identifying industry trends to curriculum direction. Generally, they will look at:

  • Issues confronting agricultural and forestry education in Cameroon, Ghana and Nigeria
  • Criteria or framework for the proposed changes i.e the importance of addressing the needs of the community e.g industry, governments and community
  • Main objectives of curriculum development
  • Main proposed areas of curriculum development

They will draw up recommendations based on analysis of stakeholder feedbacks. These recommendations will be guide universities in curriculum reform and strategy.
